Holland, MI – Mission Design & Automation (Mission), a Holland-based custom automation and robotic systems integrator, has achieved FANUC Certified Service Provider status.

Mission can now serve as a single point of contact for all automation equipment troubleshooting, technical issues, and warranty repairs that previously would have required direct FANUC assistance.

In order to achieve such a distinguishment, the Mission team completed multiple classes at FANUC Robotics America and passed their Service Engineer Certification Exam with a score of 90% or higher, graduating to become Master Certified Robot Engineers. This accomplishment is a true testament to the mastery our team has of the FANUC Robotics product line.

The expertise of Mission’s FANUC Master Certified Robot Engineers, coupled with Mission’s Service & Spare Parts Team keeping critical spare parts on hand helps reduce the likelihood of extended equipment downtime leading to greater productivity and efficiency for our customers.

“We are honored to be part of the less than 5% of Authorized System Integrators who hold FANUC’s Certified Service Provider status, a designation that reflects our dedication to providing outstanding service, support, and solutions tailored to the needs of each of our customers,” says Scot Lindemann, CEO of Mission.

The achievement of FANUC Certified Service Provider status further solidifies Mission’s reputation as an industry frontrunner, setting the standard for automation innovation and service.
