ASSEMBLY LINE PRODUCTION

MATERIAL HANDLING & SORTING
Make sure your products are packaged, labeled, and delivered to the right place by automating your material handling and sorting processes. Conveyors, AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), AMRs (Automated Mobile Robots), or robotic shuttles can help move material and finished products throughout your production space. Automated barcode readers, RFID sensors, and vision systems can scan and identify your products, tracking them from raw materials to finished products. Robotic arms and conveyor systems can pick and sort the consumer items into shipping bins, palletizing stations, storage areas, work-in-progress queues, and more based on their production stage.
VISION-GUIDED ROBOTICS
Ensure every product is packaged correctly, every label is placed in its designated spot, and products are sorted into their correct categories with vision-guided robotics. Integrating a vision system attached to a robot arm allows your materials to be inspected in real time, determining the robot’s next action. Utilizing image processing software, the robot’s camera may inspect position and orientation of items for efficient packaging; analyze product size and shape for object sorting; or scan barcodes and labels to identify the product data before moving it to its next location.
